圣灵赐下恩典
神的恩典不是“偶然”临到我们的。它之所以从圣父那里临到我们，是透过耶稣基督的顺服、受死和复活。而耶稣的救赎工作临到我们，是透过圣灵。
圣经教导说，我们都染上了亚当犯罪的污点。从我们在母腹中被孕育的那刻起，我们就开始悖逆神了。我们的悖逆根植和连接于亚当的原罪，但也包括了我们自己无法逃脱的犯罪倾向。我们向神的心变硬了：我们塞住了我们的耳朵，蒙上了我们的眼。靠着我们自己，我们无望地迷失了。
但圣灵来，改变了我们的心。
圣灵在我们心中的工作有时会被忽视或淡化。在我们每日生活中，有时候透过戏剧化又常是世俗的事件，圣灵恳请我们，吸引我们来到祂面前，感动我们归回天父的爱。而当——且只有当圣灵软化我们的心，开通我们的耳和挪去我们眼前的蒙蔽时，我们才能转向神。
我们是透过圣灵的大能和工作，唯独藉着恩典得救的。今天，请留意圣灵在你生命中的工作，祂要以恩典充满你，并使之流向你周围的人。
创造主圣灵啊，祢立了世界的根基，祢释放我们活在神的爱和怜悯中。求使我们做祢居住的圣殿，服事和荣耀我们的父。奉耶稣的名求，阿们。
约翰福音 3:1-21
1有一个法利赛人，名叫尼哥德慕，是犹太人的官。
2这人夜里来见耶稣，说：“拉比，我们知道你是由神那里来作师傅的；因为你所行的神迹，若没有神同在，无人能行。”
3耶稣回答说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见神的国。”
4尼哥德慕说：“人已经老了，如何能重生呢？岂能再进母腹生出来吗？”
5耶稣说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。
6从肉身生的就是肉身；从灵生的就是灵。
7我说：‘你们必须重生’，你不要以为希奇。
8风随着意思吹，你听见风的响声，却不晓得从哪里来，往哪里去；凡从圣灵生的，也是如此。”
9尼哥德慕问他说：“怎能有这事呢？”
10耶稣回答说：“你是以色列人的先生，还不明白这事吗？
11我实实在在地告诉你，我们所说的是我们知道的；我们所见证的是我们见过的；你们却不领受我们的见证。
12我对你们说地上的事，你们尚且不信，若说天上的事，如何能信呢？
13除了从天降下、仍旧在天的人子，没有人升过天。
14摩西在旷野怎样举蛇，人子也必照样被举起来，
15叫一切信他的都得永生。
16“神爱世人，甚至将他的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信他的，不致灭亡，反得永生。
17因为神差他的儿子降世，不是要定世人的罪；下同，乃是要叫世人因他得救。
18信他的人，不被定罪；不信的人，罪已经定了，因为他不信神独生子的名。
19光来到世间，世人因自己的行为是恶的，不爱光，倒爱黑暗，定他们的罪就是在此。
20凡作恶的便恨光，并不来就光，恐怕他的行为受责备。
21但行真理的必来就光，要显明他所行的是靠神而行。”
Given By The Holy Spirit
"Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit." — John 3:5
God's grace doesn't just "happen" to come to us. It comes to us from God the Father through the obedience, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. And the saving work of Jesus comes to us through the Holy Spirit.
The Bible teaches that we all share the stain of Adam's sin. From the moment we are conceived in our mother's womb, we are in rebellion against God. Our rebellion, though rooted and connected to Adam's first sin, includes our own inescapable inclination to sin. Our hearts are hardened against God: we have plugs in our ears and blinders over our eyes. On our own, we are hopelessly lost.
But the Holy Spirit comes to us and changes our hearts.
The Holy Spirit's work in our hearts is sometimes overlooked or downplayed. Through the sometimes dramatic though often mundane events of our lives, the Spirit woos us, draws us to him, and moves us toward the love of our Father in heaven. And when — and only when — the Holy Spirit has softened our hearts, unstopping our ears and removing the blinders from our eyes, do we turn to God.
We are saved by grace alone through the power and work of the Holy Spirit. Be aware of the Spirit working in your life today, filling you with grace and flowing to those around you.
Creator Spirit, you laid the world's foundations, and you set us free to live in God's love and mercy. Make us your sacred temples to live and serve and glorify our Father. Amen.
